HOW TO ORDER

Thank you for your interest in Decadent Desserts & Confections.  We appreciate your support of our small business and the opportunity to serve you during this time.

To submit an order inquiry, please email us at info@decadentdessertsandconfections.com

In your email include:

• Your name and contact number
• Your desired order date
• Your order request

Kindly provide us with as much details as possible, including photos of what you would like to order.

1. Your order is NOT confirmed until you receive an acknowledgement email from Decadent Desserts & Confections.
2. We accept pre-orders only based on availability and require at least one (1) week lead time from your desired event date.
3. If you require an order sooner than our suggested timeline, it may be possible to accommodate your request.  Please contact us and we will advise if this is possible.
4. Payment is required in full to confirm and secure your order. No exceptions.
5. We accept payments methods that are available through Square or PayPal only.
6. All sales are final.
7. Orders must be picked up on the agreed date and time.  If you simply forget to pick up your order, we will not refund you.

Your safety is important to us. To ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable during this time, we offer two (2) contactless pick up locations in Richmond, BC.

We will provide you information by email the day before your scheduled pick up.  Please keep an eye out for these details, so that you know what to expect when you arrive.

If you are able, please wear a mask to ensure your pick up is as safe as possible.  If you are not well, please do not come to pick up your order and kindly notify us as soon as possible.

As with most businesses, we've had to shift the way we operate during this unusal time. Please note the following changes are in effect until further notice:

1. Orders will be available for pick up service only in Richmond.
2. We are unable to accept cash or e-transfer payments.
3. Please be advised that we will not refund or accept changes to your order, so please makes sure your order detail are correct.
